this is where I come from
After several years of valuable experience in leading companies in the real estate industry, we decided to take the step into self-employment. Our passion for real estate and the vision of creating something of our own drive us. Our paths crossed almost 10 years ago in the real estate management course at the HTW Berlin, where we not only developed specialist knowledge but also a common set of values.
Since then, we have not only developed professionally, but have also gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the industry. The combination of sound training, practical experience and a clear vision forms the foundation of our company. With fresh energy, creativity and the ambition to be different and better, we want to set new standards in the real estate world - both in brokering and in developing future-oriented living space.
This is where it's going
Our mission is to provide housing on an honest and competent basis. We value quality, transparency and a deep understanding of our customers' wishes and needs. In the medium term, we want to help people find their ideal home - a place where they can really feel at home.
But our vision goes beyond communication: In the long term, we strive to develop and build living space that enables modern, holistic coexistence. We want to create living spaces that promote community, respect individuality and transform the classic four walls into extraordinary places of retreat and inspiration. Get to know us
Before Danilo founded BRO (Brzoska Rahe Objektvermaktung) Immobilien, he worked as Head of Sales at allmyhomes GmbH, where he distinguished himself through the successful acquisition of over 30 new construction projects with a sales volume of more than 1 billion euros. In this position, he built strong, long-term relationships with business partners. His in-depth market knowledge and negotiating skills were crucial. Danilo Rahe previously studied real estate management at the HTW Berlin and has been working successfully as a broker for several years. His extensive experience in the industry makes him a valuable contact for the real estate market.
